Video Performer Form
Please fill out this Video Performer Information Form as soon as possible.
This information will be used to introduce you at the event and to describe you in promotional materials.
Your phone and/or email address will be used by Ariel Basom to assure he can reach you. Please provide them even if you think he already has them. Your website, if you have one, will be linked to the Collections webpage and archived.
Your allotted reading time is 5-7 minutes. You are welcome to read less, but 5-7 is ideal. Please do not read longer than 7 minutes. The event will be live-streamed on Instagram so that you can view it from wherever you are. You will be provided with access to this and you are welcome to invite people to view it.

When you make your video, please keep our dress code in mind: wear your favorite fancy clothes. It would also be appreciated if the video includes some creative element besides your writing. This is up to your creative mind whether it be an interesting setting, especially fancy dress, or some other creative gimmick, convention, or nuance.
This is to help with the vibe we are going for: private club (this is meant to be ironic, as you may have noticed the event is advertised as a public club.)
When your video is ready to be uploaded please contact Ariel by either phone or email and he will assist you in uploading it to the Collections YouTube page.
