Please fill out this Live Reader Information Form as soon as possible.
Your phone and/or email address will be used by Ariel Basom to assure he can reach you. Please provide them even if you think he already has them. Your website, if you have one, will be linked to the Collections webpage and archived after the show. What you are reading and your bio will be used to introduce you at the event.
Your allotted reading time is 10-12 minutes. You are welcome to read less, but 10-12 is ideal. Please do not read longer than 12 minutes. Please show up by 6:15pm for the event.
